Terms and Conditions of Use

Like we said earlier, we like to keep things simple around here. Nevertheless, there are some terms and conditions that do come along with performing any of our plays. In a nutshell, they are as follows:

1. You must pay the license fee.

2. You must inform us which of the plays you will be producing, as well as when and where you will be performing them.

3. You must not change the script(s). You can make copies of the script(s) but you cannot repost them anywhere or resell them.

4. You cannot sell recordings of the play(s) for profit.

5. You must credit the author on playbills and any posters.

That's about it. Upon receipt of your license fee payment, you will be sent an actual license agreement that will explain these points in greater detail, and will also contain some additional terms and conditions (you know, stuff like, "We cannot be held responsible if you fall off the stage and injure yourself while performing one of our plays blah blah blah." You know, the legal stuff... :-)
